By booking a service, visiting our website, or contacting SatCura Pet Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide at-home veterinary consultation, vaccination, grooming, surgery, boarding, blood testing, online consultation and pet ambulance services for dogs and cats across Delhi NCR, subject to vet and staff availability.
Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on your pet's breed, condition, required treatment, and location. Final pricing will always be confirmed with you before the service is performed. Promotional discounts (such as "up to 30% off") apply to eligible first-time bookings only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
While our veterinarians provide professional care to the best of their ability, no medical outcome can be guaranteed. Emergency or complex cases may require referral to a partner clinic or hospital for further treatment.
Cancellations made with reasonable notice are not charged. For cancellations after a vet has been dispatched, a nominal visit fee may apply. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5-7 business days.
SatCura Pet Services shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable law.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
